The Canadian Cowboys Association (CCA) found a new home for their Finals, and what a happy move it has been.

The City of Swift Current, Sask. , CCA, and Swift Agricultural & Exhibition Association partnered up and presented the Canadian Cowboys Finals Rodeo Oct. 19–22.

“It was absolutely fantastic,” says Shylo Claypool, President of the CCA. “We enjoyed being here. The crowd support is fantastic, and the community has been the greatest thing I have ever seen. They are very happy to have us and we are very happy to be here.”

The enthusiastic partners are in this for the long haul and signed up to host the Finals for five years.

The CCA Finals featured five perfs with the seven major events plus two junior events?—?junior ladies barrel racing and junior bull riding. There was also a western trade show and rodeo cabaret. The CCA Finals return Oct. 18–21, 2017.
