The 61st annual Foothills Cowboys Assoc. (FCA) Cowboy Classic Finals was held Oct 7–9 at Westerner Park in Red Deer, Alta.
The Cowboy Classic Finals features a $100,000 payout, and along with the major rodeo sports of bareback, steer wrestling, team roping, saddle bronc, tie down roping, barrel racing and bull riding, also features junior events — novice saddle bronc, junior barrel racing and junior bull riding.
Congratulations to the 2016 FCA Champions and the year-end award winners; Barrel Racer of the Year Stacy Lunde, Cowboy of the Year Jim Smith and Family of the Year, The Guilick Family.
