Congratulations to rancher, horseman and Living Legend Happy Campbell who celebrated his 100th birthday May 31 at his ranch near Buffalo, Alta. About 120 of his descendants were there to honour him and over 500 friends from hundreds of miles around came to celebrate. Happy was presented with many congratulations from political notables including Canada’s Prime Minister, Alberta’s Premier and Queen Elizabeth II. As well, Happy’s branding was also held on his birthday, a tradition that continues.
