Congratulations to the non-profit group, Trail Riders of the Canadian Rockies, who will celebrate 90 years in the saddle this summer.
The organization leads rides into the remote areas of the Rockies, operating eight, six-day rides during July and August out of Banff, Alta. Riders bring along sleeping gear and personal necessities; everything else is supplied at a reasonable cost.
The idea for Trail Riders was conceived in 1923 and today people from around the world join the Trail Riders each summer.
