Donald Charles Brestler of Twin Butte, Alta., was a multi-talented and prolific artist, wordsmith and songwriter, who cowboyed as much as possible.
Don also wrangled and packed horses around Waterton for Dave Simpson and Andy Russell.
His artwork graced the covers and pages of many national magazines, including Canadian Cowboy Country.
